I'm Back!

I SURVIVED MARINE WEEK! And actually, I really really really enjoyed the week as well. It was AWESOME! Very happy to be back in Donnelly Hall though, and yes, I did take a thorough hour long shower when I got back this morning. It feels so good to be clean.

I kept a journal throughout the weekend so I wouldn't forget what we did and how I was feeling every day. I'm short on time right now, but I wanted to blog to let everyone (aka my mom) know I'm still alive! At 1730 Colleen and I are meeting some friends down in the lobby to take the trolley over to the Gas Lamp. I'm craving Mexican and wanted to go to Old Town for dinner, but I'd rather spend time with friends so off to the Gas Lamp we go! I definitely think the Gas Lamp will be WAY more fun once we all turn 21, but I can wait.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to take any pictures for the 4 days I was there, and I'm pretty bummed about that. Especially since there were multiple opportunities I could have taken photos! There was an officer snapping photos and random times and said they'd be up on the website soon, however he failed to tell us on which website...

I'm off to finish getting ready to go out! Will blog tonight :)
